    We have stayed at Palmasol 5 times it’s in a great location good food and lovely staff (mainly)

    Positive: The food the location

    Negative: The entertainment team this year were poor hardly saw them on a day we had heavy rain everyone was indoors play cards etc that should have been there time to get games going but they were know where to be seen

    Never recommend it to anyone!!
    It can not be rated 3 stars !!

    Negative: They still living in the Medieval ages when the hotels used to charge for WiFi services & safe deposit box!!!I couldn't believe my ears when the receptionist told me that I have to pay for using the WiFi in my room & I have to pay for the safe E3.00 a day!!!If you order a coffee for E1.20 at any coffee shop in the street you use the WiFi FREE as long as you want but in a hotel that cost you E1000.00 you need to pay more !!!The safe is a method to prevent stealing guests' valuable items so it is not logical to ask for a rental fees, because that means if we do not pay our valuables would be subject to be stolen !!! So who are the hotel helping here the guests or the thieves!!!They advertise in google maps that they offer the WiFi free & Breakfast free !! While we paid for breakfast & dinner in our reservation half board!!The room is very small to have two beds in it, you have No space to move at all!!!The bathroom is very small you have to put your feet under the sink while you are using the toilet because there is no space!!!Very poor for the money we have paid in it!!See the towels with holes in the pictures & the very horrible uncomfortable setup of the lobby the only area that you can use the unstable free WiFi !!!You can see the pictures in my opinion in google maps!
