The Palace was constructed taking advantage of part (report) of the Arabic wall, and later it was dedicated to it sedate of the former house of Notariado.
The building has been rehabilitated respecting his beauty and original structure and his decoration heightens the history of the establishment, emphasizing his beautiful balconies of tajadillo, his original stairs with dome and the main face.
