Ur Palacio Avenida Sólo Adultos Hotel

Positive: Service received much above what could be expected. Stayed one week in May with half board. Hotel room as could be expected from 4 star town hotel. However the service received from all members of staff was outstanding. It was obvious that it is the policy of the hotel to keep guests happy, and that the management has managed to let all staff understand this. Especially The waiting staff of the coffee shop and in particular the waiter Jose Maria went absolutely out of his way to move our meals to the sister hotel Mision de San Miguel as the restaurant of Palacio Avenida was closed. Mision San Miguel has the most wonderful kitchen and also service minded staff. Here we would like to thank Francisco for extremely good service.
