The 4-star Spa-Hotel "Hotel Balneario Villa de Olmedo" is composed of three different buildings that combine the uniqueness of the ancient Mudéjar (Moslem) with two modern structures totally integrated in the complex, both in their exterior aspect and their comfortable interiors. It has 78 rooms and 4 suites, plus 5 halls for congresses, conventions and banquets, a restaurant specialising in dietetic cooking and signature cuisine, wine cellar, café, reading room, internet corner, children's play room, outside swimming pool, paddleball court and private gardens. This variety facilitates enjoying special, relaxing moments for the entire family, couples, various friends, or participants in business meetings, conventions, weddings or other types of celebrations.
ABOUT OUR WATERS:
• Natural medicinal mineral thermal waters, which emerge at 22º C.
• Defined and catalogued as strongly mineralised (sodium chloroaurate) hypothermal water.
• Therapeutically indicated to combat stress and anxiety because of its significant tranquilising effect. Also indicated in dermatological disorders, locomotor system problems and muscle contractures, thanks to its excellent anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, it stimulates the metabolic, endocrine and organic functions.
SPA FACILITIES AND TECHNIQUES:
The spa is equipped with complete facilities for the application of thermal techniques such as manual massage, geothermal therapy, foot reflexology, mud therapy, facial and body peelings, wraps, jacuzzi and hydromassage tubs, aromatherapy, shower massage, circular shower, inhalations, aerosols and men's and women's beauty treatments, plus a gym and the special environments of the Thermal Cloister and the Patio Mudéjar.
Thermal Cloister: Active swimming pools with medicinal mineral thermal waters, one inside the ancient convent cloister and another, smaller one outside the building. There are different Jacuzzis, individual seats and beds for bubble massage, a line of relaxing water jets, water canons and waterfalls, as well as spacious rest areas.
Patio Mudéjar: An area of contrasts with saunas at different temperatures, hot and cold water wells, bithermal showers, essence showers, Hamman steam baths and a rest lounge complete with a natural fireplace.
