Mantiles restaurant and bar offers space for 120 guests and serves up northwest Pacific cuisine with regional influences. It opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and offers a relaxing, warm and friendly atmosphere. The seating area, the concept of an open-plan kitchen, the brick pizza oven and the grill ensure a diversified, upmarket and relaxed dining experience for the whole family. Guests may select a continental breakfast and evening meal from ample buffets. Lunch and the evening meal may alternatively be taken à la carte or chosen from a menu. Bed and breakfast stays may be booked by guests.

The hotel comprises a total of 33 suites, 4 junior suites, 93 double and 112 single rooms as well as 6 wheelchair accessible rooms, which are spread over 5 floors. Situated amidst wonderful and impressive Thompson Okanagan in British Columbia, the resort affords an European style with a variety of activities available throughout the year. The Sun Star shuttle picks up guests in Kamloops and ferries them directly to the hotel.

The ski resort is approximately 45 minutes to the north of Kamloops amidst a ski and cross country ski area, and is easily reached from Vancouver, Seattle, Spokane, Kelowna, Banff, Jasper, Calgary and Edmonton. The immediate vicinity includes a selection of shops, restaurants and bars.
