    Great location for Euston station, really helpful staff, good size rooms and plenty of facilities. Good pub on site. Would stay again.

    Stayed in London for 1 night and this was a great place for a quick stopover in a good location close to Euston. Clean room & bathroom, good selection of buffet breakfast. No noise issues.

    Positive: Room & bathroom was clean, friendly staff, they have good security, didn?t hear any noise from other guests or outside. Nothing really negative, only a couple of pointers in the negative category.

    Negative: Bed was a bit too springy for my liking. The sign in the room said ?room service? was available but they don?t actually offer it. Took ages to find the switch to turn on the TV (by the bed).

    I feel the hotel needs to be modernized. We could go around and come back using taxi service all day long. The WiFi service was good and satisfying.

    Positive: The male receptionist were very helpful!

    Negative: I found a sock and skittle sweets scattered under my bed. Disgusting! The shower was stuck to the wall which ruined my blow dry. It should have been handheld. The sink knobs were separated. Either hot or cold ! Seriously? Stuck in the 80's!!!!!
