This beach hotel was built in 1993 and has a total of 47 rooms. Individual attention and the highest standards of service help to ensure that the needs of all guests are catered for, young or old. There are 47 rooms in total, each with balconies facing the sea, as well as a large panoramic suite with two bedrooms and an en suite bathroom, a living room, an American-style kitchen, a satellite TV and a panoramic terrace. There are 24 rooms furnished with a single king-size bed, 22 rooms with two queen-size beds and 6 rooms with adjoining doors, designed especially for families. All rooms are equipped with a large en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a television, a direct dial telephone, full air conditioning (centrally regulated), and a safe.
There is an outdoor swimming pool on the hotel grounds, with a children's paddling section and sun loungers, and guests in need of relaxation can take a dip in the Jacuzzi.

It is additionally a few minutes' drive from the nearest international airport, Santiago Mariño, at Porlamar on Margarita Island.
