The residence is located in the heart of the business and department stores district, close to the Opéra Garnier, to the Madeleine, Montmartre and place de la Concorde.

In addition to above equipment, One and two bedroom apartments have one or two bedrooms, with a large bed, simple or double sofa bed.
Three apartments are equipped for disabled people. The residence has lifts.
The apartments feature light wood flooring and modern amenities. There are different types of apartments available. The studios for 2 people have 1 room with a double sofa bed. The studios for 3 people have 1 larger room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. The 2-room apartments have a separate bedroom with a real double bed, and in the living/dining room, there is a double sofa bed. The 2-room apartment is the most spacious and comfortable option. All apartments come with a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a private bathroom with a shower/bath. Other amenities include a hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, an ironing set and a safe, and linen is provided as well. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating come as standard.
