The hotel has recently been renovated, and now boasts beautiful, pastel-coloured, light green and pink, stucco walls to match the decorative pink ceramic floor tiles. The same colours have been used to blend in with the tablecloths and furniture.Inside the rooms, the doors and furniture are green, red and natural wood. The curtains and drapery are decorated with traditional Sardinian designs.The Punta Negra Hotel is a three-storey coastal building. The ground floor is divided into two parts: one wing is given over to a spacious lounge, a snack bar a, restaurant and the kitchen, whilst the second wing contains bedrooms. The first and the second floors are devoted entirely to bedrooms, half of which have balconies overlooking the sea, and the other half of which face onto a beautiful pine forest.The hotel has a total of ninety-three rooms all equipped with air conditioning, mini bar, colour TV and en-suite bathroom.
All rooms have an en suite bathroom with shower or bath and hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, minibar, satellite TV, safe and balcony or terrace. They are furnished with either a double or king-size bed.
Most of the activities take place on the main level, on the terrace overlooking the seafront. The swimming pool, snack bar and restaurant are all located there, while in the evening, it provides the stage for open-air dinners with entertainment. During the day, the animation team provide fun and games for all. Activities available for a fee include diving, windsurfing, sailing, catamaran boating and canoeing. Those looking to stay on land can play tennis or go horse riding for an additional fee. Porto Cervo golf club is around 2 hours away from the hotel by car.

Good roads and very little traffic mean that reaching the hotel is extremely quick and easy. The centre of Alghero is just a few kilometres away, the village of Fertilia is even nearer, just a 200-metre walk, the airport is 5 kilometres from us, the port of Porto Torres is 30 kilometres away, whilst Sassari, the province capital, is 35 kilometres from here.
