As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.
How to arrive
The hotel is located 50 m from 5a Avenida and 100 m from the beach and tourist centre and the fashionable Mamita's Beach Club in Playa del Carmen. Guests will find the nearest bars, pubs and restaurants just 100 m from the hotel and the town centre is 200 m away. Cozumel is 50 minutes on public transport, and it is an hour to Cancun.
