From the highway, follow the indications to Piazzale Roma. You can park your car in one of the private garages of the area (in particular the San Marco garage offers a 10% discount on the daily rate to hotel's guests (ask the discount coupon at the hotel). Or from Piazzale Roma you can catch the public water buses 41 or 51 and get off at San Zaccaria station. The hotel is located in front of the water bus stations, facing the water. A one-way ticket costs 6,50 per person

By train:
From Santa Lucia railway station, you can catch the public water buses 41 or 51 and get off at San Zaccaria station. The hotel is located quite in front of the water bus station, facing the water. A one-way ticket costs 6,50 per person.

By airplane:
From Venezia-Marco Polo airport, you can catch the Alilaguna Airport Shuttle. The blue line of the water bus will bring you at San Zaccaria Station just in front of the hotel. Otherwise the red line will bring you at San Marco Station from where you will have to walk back to the hotel along the water side for 5 minutes. The price is 13,00 per person. A water taxi costs 100,00 one way.

From Treviso Airport: you can catch the regular Bus to Piazzale Roma bus terminal. From the bus terminal you can catch the public water buses number 41 or 51 and get off at San Zaccaria station. The hotel is located right in front of the water bus station, facing the water.

Great location and friendly staff. Weather was great too.

Positive: Great location and polite staff . Weather was very nice although some flooding around the main entrance which didn?t bother us much.
