Renovated in 2006, the hotel contains 118 apartments ranging from studios to 2-room apartments. There is lift service, a hotel safe, a cloakroom and a dining room. Guests will enjoy relaxing in a garden near the residence. There is laundry service, Internet access, and covered parking available for a fee.
The apartments are fully equipped. The kitchen has all the cutlery and cooking utensils guests may need, as well as a microwave oven, a fridge, a kettle and a toaster. From the train station take bus number 16 to the stop 'Meriadeck', or the tramway C to stop 'Porte de Bourgogne' and then line A to stop 'Meriadeck'. From there it is possible to take the Jet Bus, which stops 200 m from the residence. From the airport guests can take the Jet Bus, which stops 200 meters from the residence.
