This is a recently refurbished residential complex comprising more than 600 apartments for 1, 2, 4 and 5 people. With over 1700 beds, it offers different types of accommodation, and a diversity of facilities and services. So, besides families and small groups, it is also perfectly designed to accommodate large sports groups, congress attendees and youth groups. The facilities on offer to guests include air conditioning, a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, WLAN/Internet access, a laundry service, lift access, an apartment maintenance service, permanent security staff, conference facilities, free, open-air parking for coaches and cars, large garden areas, a playground and a commercial area in the main centre of the residential development with a mini supermarket, a newspaper stand, a café, bars and restaurants. At reception guests will receive tourist information about places to visit in Catalonia and interesting activities to help visitors enjoy their holidays.
Guests arriving by car should take the C58 motorway (Barcelona- Sabadell- Terrassa- Manresa) and the AP7 motorway (Tarragona- Lleida- Barcelona- Girona). By train, RENFE line C4- Cerdanyola Universitat Station, and Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya, lines S2 and S55 - Bellaterra Station. A bus headed for the complex departs from Barcelona's Fabra i Puig bus station every 30 minutes. The night bus line 62, from Plaza Cataluña, the main centre of Barcelona, goes to the complex. A transfer service from the airport is available.
There are 2 restaurants in the complex offering menus and a wide selection of sandwiches, burgers, italian and Mediterranean food.

Each apartment has a kitchen, bedroom/s, and bathroom/s. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped, and offer Internet access free of charge. Furthermore, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, heating and either a balcony or a terrace are provided in all accommodation as standard.
The complex features a swimming pool with a lifeguard service and a poolside snack bar. Further facilities include a football pitch with the latest generation of artificial grass, a beach volleyball court, a solarium and a great natural environment, perfect for practice trekking, cycling, etc. Guests may also enjoy handball and darts. The establishment also offers tourist entertainment activities for guests. The centre of the UAB Campus is a 5-minute walk away and here guests will find sports facilities and the commercial centre of the campus.

2 km to the nearest station (cerdanyola universitat)
The VILA UNIVERSITARIA is a residential complex with 594 rooms located in the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, exactly in the Bellaterra campus (Cerdanyola del Valles). It is only 25min from Barcelona centre and about 30min from the airport. From the Plaza de Catalunya City Center you can take the Ferrocarrils of the Generalitat de Catalunya train to Bellatera station (25 minutes). From there to the Campus there are 15 minutes walking distance. Timetables can be found in www.fgc.cat. The public transport system makes it easily accessible by train or by bus. If travelling by car, the A7 and C-58 motorways ensure fast links to the capital.
