The HABITAT PREMIER are ideal both for playing snow sports and for enjoying the spectacular nature all around you. Customers can park their car in the nearby car park. - A supplement will be applied to Late Arrivals and keys will be handing in at the reception of the Hotel Montesol Arttyco (in the building next Acongra to CARD): between 20:00 and 24:00 h the suplement will be 15 ¿, after 24:00 h the suplement will be 25 ¿. Upon arrival of all clients it will be required a a credit card deposit of 250 euros per apartment, this deposit will be returned in a maximum period of four working days after departure if no damage has been made in the apartment. Keys should be collected at reception in the Habitat Sierra Nevada Office, situated in the Arttyfal building. Check-in is from 5 pm, to 8 pm, and checking in later than this will incur a surcharge. It is obligatory to call the hotel in advance on +34 958-480 009 or +34 676-990 065 for check-in later than 8 pm. Guests will be required to leave a deposit upon arrival, payable on a credit Card, which will be returned within 3 days of departure if there is no damage to the apartment. Guests are required to return the key before 11 am to check out. Animals are not allowed in this hotel. Each accommodation unit has linen, but no towels - guests can hire towels from the hotel.
