stayed there many times but disappointed this year,, disabled I asked for shower chair, got a plastic stool not like previous years and kept being told so many already in use never got one in 3 weeks, last year they withdrew matress toppers for their firm beds , the doors are so loud when closed badly by others,

Positive: great area to stay

Negative: changes that lessen experience

I ask the Reception to fix a leak in bathroom 3 times.after the 3rd day it was fixed..4 Times i asked to have the Balcony window door to open and shut owing to being very stiff it took 3 days to get done ..thanks to luka,the Manager of the Hotel .it was a fixed finally after three days..,

Gostamos muito de tudo, fomos com tudo incluído. Vale muito apena, as pessoas foram atenciosas apesar de não entenderem nada de português e sermos obrigados a falar inglês para nos entendermos. Muito perto da praia, zona circundante espetacular.

Positive: Piscina, comida e espaço envolvente

Negative: Não perceberem nada de português nem fazerem um pouco de esforço para entender, com uma língua tão parecida.

Relaxed hotel, friendly staff pleasant decor, good standard food for a 3 star

Positive: The sunbeds have been renewed, a great improvement, hotel had been decorated everything looked really smart

Negative: Just wish we could have stayed longer
