The Hotel El Lodge is a cozy establishment situated in Monachil, within the city limits of Granada, in the Sierra Nevada nature reserve. The hotel’s design was conceived by and for skiers, and its unsurpassable location means you can ski right out of the door, off to the slopes, and back again. The Lodge is a hotel that invites you to enjoy yourself and relax, and it is all set in unbeatably beautiful natural surroundings. The 20 rooms are furnished in nordic style with Finnish Wood. They have 1 or 2 beds, DVD with free movies at front desk, free safe, heating, direct telephone, hairdryer and amenities. The Hotel puts at our clients' disposal Sauna,Jacuzzi (extra charge), gym and Turkish Bath (complimentary services, upon request) solarium terrace,facilities for children and garage (extra charge) El Lodge Restaurant, offers for breakfast a delightful buffet. For lunch and dinner is an à la carte restaurant with a great variety of dishes that mix the traditional cooking with the nouvelle cuisine. Special mention also to our wine cellar. We offer our guests everything they need to enjoy the local skiing, including the option of receiving classes given by professional instructors. We offer too, ski equipment rental inside the hotel. The ski for-fait can be purchased at the reception.

The rooms and bathrooms are all furnished in Finnish wood. From their windows, guests have a view of the tranquil, unique landscape and that tranquillity is also reflected in the accommodation interior. All rooms come with a fully fitted private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer. How to arrive
This hotel is located at the Pradollano viewpoint, at 2,100 m above sea level. Guests will find the cable cars, chair lifts and ski lift to Borreguiles (2,645 m) and El Veleta (3,470 m) nearby. There are almost 70 km of snowy slopes, where guests will discover a wide variety of leisure and competition options for all tastes: snowboarding; fast, slow and parallel slaloms; and cross-country ski runs. The centre of Pradollano is 2 km away and it is 37 km to the tourist centre of Granada (home of the Alhambra) and the nearest beach. Motril is 95 km away.
