The restaurant at the hotel offers buffets for breakfast and dinner, while the Sultana restaurant serves à la carte dishes.
419 rooms, some of which are located in the newly built extension, come with individual air conditioning, a safe box, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, mini fridge and balcony with pool or downtown view. Well appointed and spacious double and superior rooms with sitting area and apartments are available.
Recreation is unlimited with 2 heated swimming pools located on different levels in the hotel and 1 outdoor pool. There is a sun terrace by the pool complete with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use, children's paddling areas and a poolside snack bar in the hotel grounds. In addition to the full use of the three swimming pools, guests can relax on the free sun loungers and parasols provided at the beach. Guests can enjoy the evening entertainment programme, for example, the Egyptian folk dancers, belly-dancers or the themed entertainment nights. There is also an amusing entertainment programme for children. It is also possible to play billiards (charges apply). Furthermore the hotel has a range of sports such as water aerobics, table tennis, volleyball, water polo or darts. There is a diving centre with courses for beginners and more advanced learners (charges apply). Boot trips for snorkelling, diving or trips in a glass-bottomed boat may also be taken.
