Completely renovated in 2003, this safari lodge comprises 72 rooms, including 6 suites, spread over 2 floors. In addition to a 24-hour reception, a safe, and a currency exchange counter, the complex has a souvenir shop, a games room, and a lounge with satellite TV. Dining options include a snug bar and an attractive restaurant with fantastic views of the watering hole, where many different animals come to drink. Conference facilities, public Internet access, and parking spaces are also available. Guests may make use of the room and laundry services and the doctor on call. Younger guests can be supervised the whole day upon request. A professional guide is on hand day and night.

This safari lodge is situated on a plateau which is a natural boundary for the Zambezi National Park. The Victoria Falls are roughly 4 km from the hotel. The centre of the small town of Victoria Falls is located some 3 km away and offers various shopping and entertainment venues. Victoria Falls airport is about 24 km from the complex.
