The expansive complex was built in 1973 and completely renovated in 1999. It includes a total of 300 apartments divided into blocks spread over 2 floors. The lobby contains a 24-hour reception, a safe and a currency exchange desk. In addition, it offers a café, a kiosk, a supermarket, several shops, a hairdressing salon, 4 bars as well as an in-house disco. A theatre room, a TV room and Internet access are all available to guests. In addition, there is a laundry service, medical assistance, a bicycle cellar with bicycle hire and car parking facilities. For younger guests there is a playground and children's club available.
The rooms are spacious and decorated in mediterranean style, for some with a fireplace.They are equipped with heating, refrigerator, television, bathroom, balcony or terrace.

This apartment complex in the north west of Ibiza enjoys a tranquil location just 300 m from the sandy beach and the bays of Cala Gracio and Cala Gracionetta. The harbour, shops, bars, clubs and restaurants are just part of the attractions San Antonio, which is 4 km away, has to offer. Public transport departs from stops directly in front of the hotel. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. Ibiza town is approximately 19 km from the hotel and it takes 30 minutes to reach the airport. The nearest golf course is 30 km away.
