As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.
How to arrive
By car: From the airportof Cancún, take the road Chetumal- Puerto Juarez to Tulúm, crossing Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras. From the last one, 5 minutes more and at the left you will find the hotel entrance.
By Taxi: Taxi station in the airport. 80 min/ 90 Km. The trip cost about $65 USD
