We enjoyed every moment of 5 brilliant nights in your hotel. The enthusiasm and positivity of your staff team was infectious.
Positive: Great staff. Really helpful reception. And it was really good to be welcomed every time we entered the restaurant. The reception and cleaners dealt with a broken glass in our room in a very pleasant way. The outlook of our room was thrilling. We were also very pleased with the hotels suggestions of walks we might do and places we might visit.
Negative: None. (Although a kettle or coffee filter in the room would be welcome)
