Reservation must be canceled two days prior to arrival in order to not incur in a charge equal to the first night's stay per room to your credit card. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

This modern, 3-storey hotel underwent renovation work in the year 2000 and comprises a total of 200 rooms including 1 suite. Facilities include a foyer with a reception desk, a lobby, a safe and lifts in addition to fabulously-equipped conference rooms, a gift shop, a newspaper stand offering international papers, a currency exchange bureau and an ice cream machine. In the Ocean Bar as well as the two cosy restaurants with non-smoking areas, guests may enjoy some tasty dishes and drinks. Room service, laundry services, a bicycle hire service, shoeshine and secretarial services are all available and younger guests may participate in the Jungle Club activities. There is also a ball pool and videos on offer. Three hundred complimentary car parking spaces are on offer to guests before the hotel and there is also an underground car park.

How to arrive
This hotel is peacefully located just 5 minutes walk from the historical centre of Leiden. It takes just 10 minutes to reach the beaches that line the North Sea, the lakes in the province of South Holland and The Hague. Links to the public transport network are about 2 km from the hotel and a diverse selection of shopping venues, bars, nightclubs and restaurants are to be found in the city centre. Furthermore, the cultural city offers access to an interesting windmill museum as well as to beautiful canals. Additional entertainment options include the miniature city of Madurodam, the tulip fields in Keukenhof and the flower market in Aallsmeer, all of which are to be found in the near vicinity.
