The cosy apartment complex comprises 9 small blocks, which are located amidst sprawling gardens of about 3,500 m². The air-conditioned complex whose owners have always been on personal terms with their guest offers a total of 25 2-bedroom apartments and a communal, free-of?charge laundry room with 2 washing machines. If required, guests are able to rent a car, reserve excursions or taxis or use the bike hire service. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a safe; guests may participate in the kids' club activities or let off steam in the playground.
The 2-room apartments each come with a bathroom, a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave and oven, satellite TV, a safe, a fan and a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs. Air conditioning is available on payment of a small fee, which is payable on arrival. The maid services include daily cleaning and a change of bed linen every other day; towels are changed once a week. Cots and extra fans may be hired if necessary. How to arrive
Take the motorway in the direction of Palma-Inca-Pollensa and turn right on entering Puerto de Pollensa.
The apartments are situated in a quiet residential area about 700 m from the nearest beach and the centre of Puerto de Pollensa. A diverse selection of shops, bars, restaurants and a large supermarket where guests will find all they will ever need whilst on holiday are located just 100 m from the complex. It is 60 km to the airport.
