The main building is a historical Madeiran Quinta (Manor house). Most rooms are located in the new modern building.
From the improving of a century house (XVIII century), there is the Hotel Quinta Jardim da Serra. This building is connected with another, this with a bit more modern decoration, it has 48 rooms (2 for disabled) and 4 suites. All rooms and suites are equipped with safe, telephone, TV with cable and satellite channels, air conditioning and private balconies, 2 premier rooms equipped for guests with mobility disabilities with access for wheelchair users. All rooms are Non Smoking.
