The hotel has a breakfast room situated on the 8th floor, with seating for around 50 people. It is quite basic but offers excellent views over the Piazza.
This is a modern, grey, eight-storey building. There is a large neon sign located above the hotel making it extremely easy to find.
THIS 3 STAR HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE CITY CENTRE OF MILAN AND WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1960. IT IS A SHORT DRIVE AWAY FROM THE DUOMO AND THE NEAREST STATION IS CENTRALE LINE. THE HOTEL HAS A RESTAURANT. ALL 63 ROOMS ARE EQUIPPED WITH MINIBAR, HAIRDRYER AND AIR CONDITIONING. ***As from September 1st 2012 Milan will impose a city tax payable directly to the hotel by the guest, up to a maximum of 14 nights.
The rooms are average in size, well maintained and contain all modern comforts. Most have bright yellow bedspreads and a beige carpet. They all have private bathrooms which have been recently renovated to a high standard.

The hotel is located on the Piazza Duca d'Aosta which is a huge square located directly in front of the main railway station. The hotel is ideally located for both shopping on the Via Buenos Aries, and for visiting the Duomo which is only 2 stops away on the metro.
