Cleaning
Been there for a week with my girlfriend. Just arrived we have been given a room smelling of smoking and not well clean... we have been given a new one , clean..... my expectation on cleaning is always quite high especially being on a 5 stars hotel, but was not satisfied This time .
Overall the place is nice and I recommend to people not needing absolute relax
Positive: Many pleasant services : gym, spa, swimming pool, private beach with amazing water, bed
Negative: Cleaning , food quality, too many guests .... confusion and uneducation ; missing air condition in the floors and elevators
