This apartment complex comprises several one and two storey buildings with a total of 47 apartments, which blend harmoniously into their surroundings. Fees apply for use of the public Internet terminal located in the reception area and there is also a currency exchange facility and a café on offer to guests. Public car parking spaces are available outside of the hotel.
The hotel does not permit guests under the age of 21 years, if not accompanied by an adult.

The apartments are centrally located within a well-maintained complex that lies just across the road from the local sandy beach. It is 1 km to the centre of Puerto del Carmen and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot. A diverse range of shops and entertainment venues as well as restaurants, bars and nightclubs to be found in the near vicinity. Transfer to the airport takes about 20 minutes.
