Apartment property. They have a living room with double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen with washing machine, bathroom and terrace.
Elevator, swimming pool for adults / children (subject to modification by the community of neighbors). In the surroundings all kinds of services.
Included in the price:
Equipment (except clothes in general), water, gas, electricity, cleaning of entry and exit and use of the pool.
Not included: Possibility of renting TV at reception with a supplement of € 35 / week. Possibility to rent bed linen at reception € 6 / set / week.
Animals YES € 30 / pet / stay. direct payment.
Deposit: € 150. (Credit card deposit)
Arrivals outside office hours (maximum until 24.00h.) With mandatory supplement of € 50 / apt for direct payment and always on request with the reception of key collection.

Saturdays: from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Sundays: Closed
Consult periods of Bridges and Holidays outside of high season
Late check-in carries the following charges:
- From 7:00 pm or 8:00 p.m. * to 10:00 p.m.: € 25 * (see office hours)
- From 10:00 pm to 00:00 - EUR 50
Check-in is not possible after 00:00.
The TV carries a surcharge of EUR 35 per week.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate
You can bring your own bed linen or rent it at the property for an additional cost of EUR 6 per game. Towels are not provided.
Pets are allowed, supplement for the entire stay of EUR 30
No cribs available, no extra beds.

Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please inform Alpen1 in advance if you can not respect the arrival time.
Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 will be charged with a credit card, cash will not be accepted upon arrival to cover any damages that may be incurred. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out and is subject to an inspection of the accommodation by Alquileres Peñiscola, to assess if there has been any damage.
