Renovated in 2010, the pleasant beach hotel offers a large, welcoming lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out service. The 160 guest rooms are located in the wings leading off left and right from the reception. The hotel's grounds have well maintained gardens leading down to the outdoor pool area and sandy beach. The air-conditioned hotel has a restaurant, café, bar, disco and snack bar, and entertainment facilities are provided. Further facilities on offer include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a hairdressing salon, a games room and a children's playground. For additional fees guests may make use of the wireless Internet access and room and laundry services.

Located on a long strip of coastline which runs from the popular resort of Ku?adas? as far as the National Park, the hotel is in an area surrounded by summer houses and close to Davutlar, a market and thermal water town. Local transport passes in front of the hotel on a regular basis with links to Ku?adas? and the surrounding small towns. Situated between Bodrum and Adnan Menderes Airports, both are within approximately 100 km from the hotel.
