The hotel is lovely, food is delicious too, however communication is a challenge as staff do not speak in English at all. reception service is very poor.

Positive: nice location good food decent pool excellent massage.

Negative: reception service is very very poor - they don't make you feel welcome. need to have service with a smile. there is no queue system at reception. no communication in English by staff. turkish hamam peeling and foam service not too good
