    Positive: My wife and I have been visiting Puerto de la Cruz for 20 years for short breaks and have stayed in 5 of the hotels. We rate the Beatriz Atlantis to be the best value for money.The head waiter, Victoriano, is excellent.

    Negative: No fridge in the rooms and the corridor carpet badly requires replacement.

    Positive: Excellent food, professional friendly staff, panoramic views and free wifi in the entire hotel which I was able to receive in my room on the 12th floor. Over 20 years I have stayed in 5 other hotels in Puerto de la Cruz, this one is the best.

    Negative: Tired looking carpet in corridor which was poorly lit and no refrigerator in my room.
