Tax Information
As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.

Located only4 miles from the Tulum archaeological site and Sian Ka'an Biosfere Reserve, the hotel is a few minutes from Xel-ha and Xcaret and only 90 minutes from Cancun International Airport.
