Covering an area measuring 200,000 metres², this holiday village consists of low-rise blocks of accommodation, built using traditional Turkish architectural styles. The reception and lobby are located in a separate building at the entrance of the complex and are available 24 hours a day. The many facilities include a kids' club and children's playground, shops, an Internet café (local charge), a choice of bars including an Irish pub, an open-air/covered disco and a restaurant. Renovated in 2010, the family-friendly holiday village offers 583 rooms in total and further facilities include a 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, cloakroom, newspaper stand, hairdressing salon, auditorium and a games room. Guests may also take advantage of the conference facilities, wireless Internet access (fees apply), a laundry service (fees apply) and a car park.
The spacious rooms are decorated in a plush and sophisticated style and have laminated parquet flooring, centrally controlled air conditioning, en suite facilities with toiletries provided, a minibar (soft drinks), wired Internet access (extra charge) and satellite TV. An en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double bed, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a private balcony or terrace also feature as standard.
The hotel has two large outdoor swimming pools with a children's swimming area and a huge aqua park. There is also a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out for use. There is a large entertainment team in the complex responsible for organising activities, games and evening shows. For younger guests there is the kids' club and babysitting services are available for an extra fee. For relaxation, there is a spa centre measuring 3,500 metres² as well as a gym. The spa centre offers aqua fit, aerobics, a sauna, steam room and, for additional fees, massages and spa treatments. In addition to this, the resort is internationally known for its tennis centre that hosts tournaments and offers coaching (also for children) for professionals and amateurs alike (fees apply). There is a water sports centre on the beach with waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing, catamaran boating and canoeing all offered for extra fees. Table tennis, pool/snooker (fees apply), beach volleyball and bocce round off the sport and leisure activities available to guests. Sun loungers and parasols are also provided on the sandy beach. Some facilities may not be open all year round due to weather/seasonal conditions. The golf course in Belek is around an hour and a half from the hotel by car.

The holiday village is located in an area of natural beauty to the west of the city of Antalya, in a small area known as Tekirova, on a beautiful stretch of coastline with the Taurus Mountains as a backdrop. Local amenities are within a few minutes' walk and the resort of Kemer is just 17 km away for those in search of more restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife. The beach is just 10 metres from the hotel and the centre of Tekirova is a 6-minute walk away. Chimera/Olympos and Ulupinar are around 12 km from the hotel and Antalya Kaleici is approximately 65 km away.
