The hotel is located in the beach area by the Adriatic Sea, which has a sandy coast with very good curative qualities. The Adriatic Sea and the sand on its coastline are very famous for the prevalence of iodine during the early hours of the day and in the late afternoon. The hotel is only 40.2 km from the capital of Tirana where one can visit the National Museum and Petrela Castle. One can also visit the archaeological site of Durrah and the Archaeological Museum in Durres city, only 11.3 km from the hotel. Tirana-Rinas Mother Teresa airport is approximately 35 km from the hotel.
