The board is all inclusive and meals are served in an open buffet form (imported drinks are not included). Dinner can also be taken à la carte.
Built on an area measuring 150,000 m², the holiday resort features Ottoman architecture, with well-maintained gardens, courtyards and a traditional caravanserai. The beach hotel was fully refurbished in 2010 and consists of a total of 450 rooms. The rooms are located in low rise blocks with carved, wooden featured balconies and also on the premises is a main restaurant, beach restaurant, á la carte restaurant, café and bar, as well as shops and a spa centre. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities include air conditioning, a hotel safe, currency exchange, cloakroom, hairdressing salon, games room, TV lounge, children's playground, kids' club, disco, conference facilities, wireless Internet access, a car park and a garage. For additional fees, a laundry service and bicycle hire are also available.
The standard rooms are decorated with ceramics and wood craftsmanship and equipped with an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Further in-room amenities include a minibar (extra charge applies), centrally controlled air conditioning, central heating, a safety deposit box, double bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and a radio. Furthermore, each room has a balcony.
The resort's many entertainment facilities include a very large aqua park with an outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area and poolside snack bar. Furthermore there are 62 tennis courts and a tennis academy for children, evening shows presented by professional entertainers, a Fitness First Studio gym as well as a spa centre with extensive treatment programmes including massages (fees payable). Watersports, including waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing, catamaran boating and canoeing, are available on the beach for an extra charge. There is also a silent pool with an entrance age of 15 years and above. Guests can also unwind in the hot tub, sauna or steam room, or take part in an aqua fit or aerobics session. Sun loungers with parasols are laid out at the resort and on the sandy beach. Guests can also play pool snooker (for a fee), table tennis, beach volleyball and bocce, or try archery or go biking.
