Apartamentos Casas Carmen - Adults Only is a pleasantly small complex of 14 apartments/studios, with a lush tropical garden and a swimming pool (heated in the winter) with solarium, right by Playa del Inglés.
All the apartments/studios have two levels; the upper level contains the bedroom, the bathroom (with shower and bidet) and the kitchen/dining area. The ground floor contains the large living room and the balcony or terrace, furnished with a resin table and chairs and two loungers.
The garden houses the pool (heater in the winter) and the solarium, where you can enjoy the sunshine and the great weather on one of our loungers and/or beneath one of our sunshades. Towels for use in the solarium are included.
Guests are required to inform the property of their flight number and arrival time, as the reception operates only at certain hours.
The complex consists of studios for 2 people with a double bed. All come with a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub. They have large living room with reading chair, a TV with satellite channels, a direct dial telephone and a hire safe.
From the terrace or balcony guests have wonderful views of the garden, with its tropical vegetation, and the sea. It has a kitchenette equipped with hotplates, a fridge and a coffee maker.
This complex features an outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), around which there are numerous sun loungers and parasols, where guests can enjoy the sun. A few kilometres from the hotel guests can play tennis and golf.
The island also offers countless hiking trails. Moreover, sun loungers and parasols are available for hire on the sandy beach.

How to arrive
This small resort is located right on the beachfront with views of Playa del Ingles and the Maspalomas dunes. It lies a few minutes' walk from the beach and the Plaza de Maspalomas and Kasbah shopping centres.
