"The total amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card 14days prior to your arrival. In case of cancellation less than five days prior to arrival, 50% of the cost of your stay will be charged as cancellation fees and in case of cancellation less than two days prior to arrival, non-show or departure prior to the scheduled one 100% of your stay will be charged."
