Fornalutx Petit Hotel is a small charming hotel in the heart of the small village of Fornalutx (560 residents only) situated at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains and only 6 km from Puerto de Soller beach, on the island of Mallorca
This 3-star hotel, that used to be a convent and the village school, is located on a narrow street without traffic with plants and flowers on the sidewalks
Therefore, the hotel represents a charmingly peaceful environment
On the other hand, the structure was renovated in 1999 and offers the best services to ensure guests enjoy unforgettable holidays: an outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the garden, a sauna, a bar, an Internet Point and a TV room
In the past, the building was the Convent and then later the School of the village
In order to confirm the reservation we charge 25% of the total of the stay at the moment of the reservation
In case of cancelation From the date of the reservation and until 30 days before the arrival 1,5%
of the total amount of the stay- Among 29 and 20 days 10%
of the total amount of the stay- - Among 19 and 8 days 15%
of the total amount of the stay- - Among 7 days and check in day 25%

You can cancel the reservation without penalty fee until 30 days before check in date
The Hotel boasts charming rooms equipped with en-suite bathroom, Satellite TV, stereo system, a safe and a direct-dial telephone with its own number so you can make and receive calls directly in the room
There is also Wi-Fi Internet connection
The old chapel is now the main suite of the hotel with its own private terrace and truly fabulous views over the mountains and the valley

How to arrive
From Palma Airport take the motorway towards Palma/Andratx and leave at the exit "Via de Cintura"
Then leave this road at the "Sóller" exit and continue on the C711 road past Bunyola and through the tunnel to Sóller
Once you have reached Sóller we recommend that you continue on the main road towards "Puerto de Sóller
After about one kilometre turn right at the roundabout towards Lluch/Pollensa
After about 4 kilometres you will see a sign on the right indicating the way to Fornalutx
Once you arrive there cross the village and follow the instructions on the above map
