The Il Borgo di Punta Marana, residential complex on the Gulf of Marinella, Sardinia is located a few metres from the tourist port and a range of excellent restaurants and cafeterias. The complex consists of small buildings, linked by terracotta, granite and fine wood arcades and grouped around a charming square where rises a picturesque small church and some shops. Within the complex it is possible to benefit from various good quality facilities including bar, bazaar with newspapers and tobaccos, parking area, market and shops. At about 250 metres from the residence is located a sporting centre which offers a 15% discount to use the tennis and football courts, while two picturesque fine sand inlets reserved to guests are reachable walking a few minutes through small pedestrian paths.
