Updating availability and prices
For cancellations made by 30 days before the check-in day, a cancellation fee of a fixed 50 EUR amount is charged. For late cancellations made after this time 30% of the entire stay is charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged. Between 27-12-2012 and 05-01-2013 cancellations, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the entire stay will be charged. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
