The hotel has a simple, modern and completely new design. It features 126 rooms including 49 double rooms, 69 rooms with queen-size bed, 69 single rooms, and one room available for guests with disabilities. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned establishment in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access, a café and WLAN Internet access. Room service provides additional convenience and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.

How to arrive
The hotel is located on Avenida Costera Miguel Alemán, in the Golden Zone of Acapulco. It is very close to major attractions, including CICI Water Park, Baby'O disco, Jai Alai games centre, and Alebrije, among others. It is also located only 5 minutes from the convention centre, surrounded by shopping centres and prestigious establishments. It is only 15 minutes from General Juan N. Álvarez International Airport.
