Nice apartments with family atmosphere, short distance to the centre of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Situated 500 metres to Las Vistas Beach about 800 metres to the shopping centres Park Santiago and Mediterranean Palace.
All units have electric cooker, fridge, individual boiler, telephone, TV and Safe. The TV and safe are pre-paid. There are four units especially adapted.
Rooms are cleaned 5 days a week, towels changed twice weekly and bed linen changed once a week.
The complex has two swimming pools. One climatised only in winter. The depths of the pools are 40 m2 and 75 m2 with a separate pool for children. The pool area has a snack bar, pool tables, a chess board and french boules.
