Bookings and reservations: Your booking is guaranteed on receipt of a deposit. We will charge your credit card with 20 % of the amount of the booking! Cancellations: A cancellation fee of 70% of the agreed reservation is charged for cancellations after 30 days before check in! The same applies for delayed arrival or premature departure. The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply to the above. Venue for the settlement of disputes shall be Zell am See.
