Check in from 16 to 20.00h, arriving later to contact the apartment at No. 00 376 8537 00 before 20.00h. Departure time from 9 to 12:00h. Deposit payment directly to the collection of keys, recovered at the check out. Clean out is included. Change of sheets and towels is weekly. Do not accept pets.
It has 13 apartments capacity maximum 4 people, all with 1 room with 2 beds or double bed, living room with 2 sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and ceramic vitro. Includes satellite TV, telephone, full bathroom, safe and room to store skis independently.

Tourist tax in Andorra: a tax per person and night will be applied to clients, aged 16 or over, who stay at the hotel from Friday, July 1, 2022 and later (including those who are already staying from dates above). For stays of more than 7 days in the same accommodation, only the first 7 nights will be paid. Payment exceptions affect those under 15 years of age, stays of 8 or more nights (from the eighth night), Andorran residents and other groups that do not affect travel agencies and tour operators.
How to arrive
The aparthotel is located in the centre of Canillo, only 50 m from the ski lifts which gives access to the ski slopes of Grandvalira, and 15 min from the commercial center of Andorra la Vella.
