Instructions for those traveling by airplane
Most airline companies that travel to Argentina arrive at Ezeiza "Ministro Pistarini" International Airport, located 37 kms from the city of Buenos Aires, the Capital of Argentina. There are daily flights to San Carlos de Bariloche from Jorge Newbery Airport conveniently located in the center of Buenos Aires.
Once you arrive in Ezeiza "Ministro Pistarini" airport, you may opt for either taxi or bus to Jorge Newbery Airport for your connection to San Carlos de Bariloche.
For bus service, Manuel Tienda Leon and Transfer Express offer transportation services every half hour between the hours of 5:00 am and 8:30 pm. The ride takes approximately 40 minutes.
On arrival to San Carlos de Bariloche's airport we recommend that you take a taxi to the Resort.
We offer special rates for clients making taxi reservations in advance with our office in Buenos Aires. You may secure this service by contacting our representatives at casadellago@beargentina.com, who will arrange for the taxi to meet you at the airport or funrnish you with the telephone numbers to call from the airport. In this way you will be sure of the best rate and secure service.

To get to San Carlos de Bariloche from Buenos Aires you can choose either of two routes:
Through Bahia Blanca: RN 3, RP 51 (Buenos Aires), RN 22 y RN 237
Through Santa Rosa: RN 5, RN 35, RN 152, RN 143, RP 20 (La Pampa), RN 151, RN 22 y RN 237
Once you arrive by car to Bariloche, you should continue past the police checkpoint until you arrive to Onelli Avenue, which you access by a right turn; then continue on Onelli, until it converts into Route 40. You then continue on Route 40 until you arrive at km 2.020.You will see signs a few kms before you arrive to Casa del Lago Resort to guide you. Remember to contact our personnel at Casa del Lago Resort in case of an emergency or problem that might arise. Once at the Resort, you may rent a car, use a taxi or the public bus as a means of transportation. The Bus line is "Via Bariloche" and shuttles between Bariloche and El Bolsón.
