The Avenida Metro station is 1 minute away, there is a taxi rank on the doorstep, a car hire business and parking to the rear of the building and shops and restaurants galore within easy walking distance. Chiado, Praca do Comercio/Restauradores, Principe Real, the Praca do Marques de Pombal and the Bairro Alto are all easily accessible by foot.
If you are tired of the city, you can visit the endless beaches of Caparica or the seafood restaurants on the coast of Cascais and be back in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony and a stroll to one of Lisbon's finest restaurants.
