This arts-inspired building is modern in monolithic lego like blocks with lego like color highlights. The cantilevered glass-sided lap pool tops this ultra modern building. Its is a study in ultra modern building design and features award-winning post- modern architecture. Its colourful exterior and unique design inspires you to work, play and rest.
A unique feature of the hotel are the modern design 'intelligent' rooms with the minimalist architectural principles, which apply to the exterior and public areas, as well as the guestrooms. The Gallery Rooms are 26 sqm. and offer twin bedded rooms with the choice of smoking and non-smoking rooms. Inter-connecting rooms are available on request. There is also one Handicap room on the 5th floor (room 521). The Glazzhaus Rooms are 29 sqm and have either a queen size bed, king size bed, or an extra long twin bedded room. The Bookend Club Rooms are 31 sqm and all have a king sized bed only. All guestrooms have desks with complimentary high-speed Internet access and direct-dial phones with voice mail. Other amenities include cable TVs and complimentary newspapers. Mini bars with refrigerators and coffee/tea makers are on offer too. Bathrooms feature bathrobes, telephones, hair dryers, and slippers.

Within a kilometre from the hotel are Liang Court Shopping Centre, Fort Canning Park, Chinatown, Clarke Quay and the subway station, Clarke Quay MRT. Within a 10 minute drive is the Great World Shopping centre which houses several shops, boutiques, restaurants and cinemas, as well as Zouk, a Disco/club which was transformed from a warehouse.
