    This hotel is very big so some aspect is impersonal. Our room was not made up until we told concierge when we went out for dinner. We just wanted the room to be cleaned and bed made up. We do not need bedsheets or towels to be changed everyday. The previous occupier left the safe locked. We told the front desk and it took them two attempts by two different people to sort it out.

    Positive: We were given an upgrade on checking in. The room with the view of the river was great but a bit noisy. Dinner at the Toro Toro restaurant was delicious but very expensive. Main course and a bottle of wine for two was US 445.

    Negative: Dining in the hotel Toro Toro restaurant was very expensive. Main course and a bottle of wine for 2 people was US445. Simple breakfast of 2 coffee, 2 orange juice and a yogurt was more expensive than next door at Citi Bank

    Stayed for one night after cruise. Hotel is nice but lacking atmosphere. Food was overpriced and bland. Very disappointed for what it cost
