The familiar complex comprises a total of 48 lodgings. Facilities on offer include a welcoming foyer with reception and a hotel safe.
Guests may make use of the small supermarket, a small TV room and a laundry service. In the middle of the complex, guests will find a games area with pool, swimming pool for adults and children as well as a playground.
The complex is guarded overnight and there are parking spaces available for those arriving by car.

The tastefully fitted apartments come with their own garden, a terrace and a solarium. They are spacious and provided of a dining area and a lounge, a kitchen with a counter, an en suite bathroom and a bedroom. Further facilities include a TV and a hire safe as standard. There is a cleaning service five times a week, bed linen is changed once a week and hand towels are changed 3 times a week. There are apartments for 1-3 persons and one double apartment for 1-5 persons.
