The hotel is located in a neo-Jacobean building with a history dating as far back as 861 AD. The hotel has recently undergone a major refurbishment and investment programme to offer the ultimate in luxury accommodation, facilities and services. The hotel has 199 guest rooms and is fully air-conditioned. Services provided include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out desk, a hotel safe, a cloakroom, lift access, a café, a bar and restaurant. In addition the hotel has conference facilities and for an additional fee guests can make use of the hotels' Internet access (including WLAN) and room and laundry services.
